TokenPay Swiss AG Enters Fashion World, Discloses 6.2% Stake In Naked Brand

TokenPay (TPAY)’s financial partner, TokenPay Swiss AG, has filed a SEC Schedule 13D, stating that it acquired a 6.2% stake in Naked Brand Group Limited, a leading intimate, apparel and swimwear company with a diverse portfolio of brands.

The 13D was filed by Prof Dr. Jorg Wilhelm, the President of the Supervisory Board of TokenPay.

According to the SEC Schedule 13D, TokenPay Swiss AG says it “believes the Company shares are undervalued”, and also noticed that Naked Brand is interested in blockchain technology. Therefore, TokenPay Swiss AG, an investment company consisting of diversified investment strategy, hopes to present myriads of ideas that will give Naked Brand the opportunity to use of blockchain technology in the retail fashion industry.

The investment will drive more adoption for cryptocurrency, especially TokenPay, which has TokenPay Swiss AG has part of its partners.
