Those traders who are moving their ETH in these times thus face a really unpleasant situation when they are forced to calculate and think about what priority and how much they are willing to pay only for the transfer itself.

As for the Ethereum network and its difficulty, it was around 5,225 TH at the time of writing, the average Hash Rate was 410 GH / s.
