The partnership deal was made possible by Red Date Technology, the architect firm behind BSN, through collaboration with the Turkish Chinese Business Matching Center (TUCEM). TUCEM is a body that was created in 2006, and it has since grown to become a major commercial hub between China and Turkey.

Moreover, TUCEM will oversee the two portals in offering blockchain-as-a-service (BaaS). Blockchain developers in both Turkey and Uzbekistan will use the global BSN portal to develop BaaS apps. These apps will support major blockchain networks such as Ethereum, Polkadot, Algorand, Tezos, ConsenSys Quorum, among others.

One of the main objectives of this launch will be to deal with the major issues that face blockchain technology. It will also lower the costs of development and boost blockchain interoperability.

Speaking on the launch, the CEO of Red Date Technology, Yifan He, stated that,

Furthermore, the president of TUCEM and the leader of BSN Turkey further stated that the two portals would aid in social development and bring in financial inclusion. The head of BSN Turkey also stated that the two portals are value additional because both Turkey and Uzbekistan have heavily invested in blockchain development.

BSN has been actively involved in expansions worldwide, with the firm stating that it does not determine the global locations where it will expand to. Rather, the firm states that its next location for global expansion is dependent on local partners despite where they are based. The firm is already making plans to expand to Australia, Europe and the United States.

The Red Gate CEO Further stated that BSN is not involved in the operations of its overseas portals, but this is left to the local partners.

BSN has been actively involved in aiding blockchain developments in overseas platforms. In early September, the firm launched a site in Hong Kong and Macau to help develop around 30 blockchain projects. The firm is also planning to open an international BSN portal Sin South Korea next month.

The BSN platform is accessed using cloud nodes in China and overseas markets. This platform’s objective is to offer cheap and accessible ways of developing decentralized applications. The platform has the support of the Chinese government. However, due to the strict regulations in China, the network has a Chinese version and an international version.

Besides aiding in blockchain development, BSN had previously announced its involvement with central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). Earlier this year, BSN had unveiled plans to create a global digital payment network to support CBDCs after the previous announcement of launching a stablecoin to be used in the BSN platform.

However, He has stated that the network is no longer involved in CBDC projects, and its plans for a stablecoin have been halted.
