COZ distributes 429 NEO to three contributors in Proof of Working 2.13

COZ has distributed 429 $NEO in Proof of Working round 2.13, recognizing three contributors working across short-form video education, smart contract release tooling, and decentralized storage SDK maintenance.

The distribution, published by COZ on Aug. 31, covers work from REDDON $NEO NEWS, the Pusharoo deployment workspace, and the NeoFS Python SDK. The rewards were distributed on Neo N3 MainNet.

REDDON $NEO NEWS

REDDON $NEO NEWS, the short-form video series run by a contributor going by Reddon, delivers Neo ecosystem updates as YouTube Shorts.

The channel features an original animated frog anchor and publishes new episodes approximately every three days, covering project milestones, network updates, and ecosystem developments.

As of the round 2.13 report, the channel had produced 67 videos, with distribution extended across Reddit, X, and Telegram.

Reddon has also submitted a GrantShares proposal seeking 1,350 $GAS for the ongoing support of the social media campaign. The proposal has received five votes, meeting the quorum: four in favor and one abstention.

Pusharoo

Pusharoo, developed by a contributor known as Vault Keeper, is a smart contract release workspace for managing artifacts, deployments, contract interactions, and operational tracking via a connected wallet.

This round’s updates add recovery tools for contracts deployed outside Pusharoo, persistent deployment lifecycle tracking with resumable confirmation states, and pre-wallet review steps before contract release.

Wallet-confirmed project deletion, improved decoded contract-console output, and standardized loading and error states across the interface are also included.

Vault Keeper has also submitted a GrantShares proposal seeking 2,000 $GAS for the ongoing development of Pusharoo. The proposal has reached five votes, meeting the quorum, all of which are in favor.

NeoFS Python SDK v0.5.0

CLAUS, the contributor maintaining the NeoFS Python SDK, shipped v0.5.0 this round. The update aligns the decentralized storage library with newer NeoFS API standards and REST Gateway capabilities.

Object listing is restored through a migration to the SearchV2 method following the deprecation of the legacy Search RPC on current nodes.

The release also introduces HTTP-style byte-range downloads and adds support for optional comments on Extended Access Control List records, which control object-level access permissions in NeoFS.

About Proof of Working

Since its January 2026 relaunch, the Proof of Working program has distributed 6,894 $NEO to community contributors across 13 rounds. COZ staff members are excluded from weekly rewards, but consistent open-source code contributors are eligible to join COZ.
