Cardano ($ADA) is setting up for a major recovery if it defends its current support zone and reclaims several key resistance levels.

A weekly chart analysis by Giannis Andreou outlines a bullish path that could take $ADA back toward its historical high near $3.10.

$ADA is currently trading at $0.2701, according to CoinMarketCap data. The token is down 0.41% over the past 24 hours but has gained 9% over the past week and 22% over the past month.

$ADA Must Hold $0.23–$0.27 Support

Andreou’s chart identifies the $0.23–$0.27 area as an important support zone for the recovery scenario. Holding this area would keep the bullish structure intact. The next major hurdle sits between $0.30 and $0.40, where Cardano price needs to establish a stronger foothold.

The chart also shows a descending resistance line extending from $ADA’s 2024–2025 highs. A breakout above this trendline, followed by a successful retest, would strengthen the recovery setup and suggest the long-term downtrend is weakening.

$ADA Price Targets $0.80 and $1.30

Once $ADA clears the initial resistance zone, the analysis identifies $0.80 as the next major target.

A sustained move above $0.80 would put $1.30 in focus. This level represents another important resistance area that $ADA needs to break before the larger recovery takes shape.

The chart projects a step-by-step move from the current region toward $0.30–$0.40, followed by $0.80 and then $1.30.

$3.10 Target Represents 1,150% Upside

A successful breakout above these resistance levels could open the path toward $3.10, near Cardano’s historical all-time high. At the chart’s indicated price of $0.248, a move to $3.10 represents approximately 1,150% upside.

The $3.10 target depends on $ADA reclaiming the lower resistance levels and maintaining the bullish structure. It represents the long-term objective of the setup rather than an immediate price target.

Weekly Close Below $0.14 Invalidates Setup

Meanwhile, the bullish scenario has a clear invalidation level. According to the chart, a weekly close below $0.14 would invalidate the recovery setup.

Essentially, the key levels are $0.23–$0.27 for support, $0.30–$0.40 for the first breakout, $0.80 and $1.30 as major targets, and $3.10 as the longer-term objective.

If $ADA reclaims each level while maintaining higher lows, the chart points to a broader recovery toward its previous all-time-high area.

Cardano “Escape” Is Loading

Meanwhile, Cardano analyst Dan Gambardello believes $ADA is also preparing for a major move higher, declaring, “The Cardano escape is loading.”

Gambardello previously highlighted $0.40 as a potential target if $ADA broke out of its ascending structure. With $ADA now above the $0.24 level he identified in September, reaching $0.40 would require another 48% gain.

Another analyst, Crypto Patel, also sees signs of recovery, pointing to $ADA holding key weekly support, staying above the golden pocket, and reclaiming $0.235. He identifies $1–$1.20 as a major resistance zone, with longer-term targets of $3, $5, and potentially $10.

For Patel’s bullish outlook to remain valid, $ADA must hold above $0.137 on a weekly closing basis.
