The Shiba Inu Team Launched Metaverse "SHIB: The Metaverse"

The Shiba Inu (SHIB) team presented the virtual reality project "SHIB: The Metaverse". Instead of SHIB, the developers have chosen ETH as a land pricing token. According to the latest blog post, there will be 100,595 land plots in the metaverse. Public lands will be put up for sale, while private lands representing key locations in the metaverse will be locked away.

Land plots will be released in stages. The introductory stage will include unlocking 36,431 land plots divided into four categories: Silver Fur, Gold Tail, Platinum Paw, and Diamond Teeth, which are valued at between 0.2 ETH and 1 ETH. As the phases roll out, all SHIB, LEASH, BONE tokens will play their part. However, ETH will be used for purchases, not SHIB.

Dogecoin co-founder Billy MARKUS made fun of his longtime rival Shiba Inu. He believes that the Shiba Inu initiative does not add any practical value to the dog-themed project. According to him, it's more like "robbery of the army" SHIB. If people want to help develop Shiba Inu, it's easier for them to donate money to developers without participating in the metaverse, Billy Markus added.
