The Number of Wallets Having ETH Has Grown
In 2020, most coins saw significant gains. Many analysts believe that the bullish rally has already begun, and that Ethereum's bullish rally was mainly driven by Bitcoin. According to Glassnode, more and more people today hold at least one ETH in their wallets. According to data released on December 5, 1,175,681 addresses have at least one ETH.
Ethereum is also the network on which the entire Decentralized Finance (DeFi) market is built. This ecosystem has thrived in recent months and has grown significantly this year with more interested investors. So far, Ethereum's price is still far from its 2017 all-time high of $1,300, during which the number of wallets with one ETH or more increased by about 1000%
The increase in the number of wallets with this amount of ETH may indicate that an increasing number of investors are showing interest in the second largest cryptocurrency. At the time of this writing, the Ethereum price is above $595.
