Ripple plans to launch Ripplex e-payment solution and Ripple Impact charitable foundation. According to the patent application, Ripplex offers financial management and administration services. The services that Ripplex offers also include digital currency transfers.

The firm is also seeking the Ripple Impact trademark for the charity's services. The charitable foundation will offer financial assistance to services and programs in the financial technology world. In addition, the fund will provide additional funding, as well as scholarships to firms engaged in fintech.

Ripple launched PayID in June 2020, and more than 40 companies around the world have supported this idea. However, the initiative was challenged by an Australian project called PayID. As a result, NPP Australia filed for intellectual property theft and brought Ripple to the Federal Court of Australia.
