Ledger restores its Bitcoin Cash infrastructure
The recent problems connected with the use of Bitcoin Cash on Ledger have been fixed by the company. It has announced that all affected service aspects are already fixed:
The Bitcoin Cash (BCH) infrastructure is back up and running. You may need to resync your wallet (Settings > Tools > Reset application data) if you still see a wrong balance.

As a reminder, Ledger’s Bitcoin Cash-related services have not been working properly since 9 April 7:10 UTC. Some users could not transfer sums in Bitcoin Cash, while others reported about the incorrect balance on the wallets. The older statements of the company leave an impression that there were some internal structural problems which are not fatal for the wallet service.
The reaction of one of the managers of Ledger who told that he did not closely monitor this issue has led to an outburst of frustration in the community, the CEO of Ledger has tried to downplay this later. One of the temporary recommendations was to use Electron Cash, but this was not helpful due to other glitches.
At the press time, there are too little confirmations from the users that the service is now indeed working without any undesirable errors.
One of the most notable features of Ledger - its brand cryptocurrency wallet is physical. Such devices solve some problems related to online wallets but bring back some other disadvantages of regular offline wallets.
