IOTA Will Launch Its Own NFT Marketplace

The IOTA Foundation has noted several times that non-fungible tokens are one of its core directions. According to the NFT Marketplace team, the first NFT project on IOTA Pollen is under development. To do this, Fullstack developers, IOTA developers and UI/UX designers have joined forces.

Low operational fees are the reason why NFT Marketplace chose IOTA over other software platforms. The team emphasizes that Tangle IOTA's design allows it to operate the NFT platform with zero fees for clients.

To promote the IOTA-based NFT concept, the NFT Marketplace team has announced a digital art competition. Artworks on the Chrysalis theme are accepted. Artists should share their masterpieces on social media and add the phrase "This is my submission for the IOTA NFT Marketplace Contest @NFTIOTA."
