Indian cryptocurrency exchanges expressed their view on Bitcoin Cash
Three Indian cryptocurrency exchanges – Zebpay, Unocoin and Coinsecure expressed their view of the upcoming UAHF and the new Bitcoin Cash cryptocurrency that might emerge due to possible Bitcoin blockchain segregation, Bitcoin.com reports.
Zebpay has no intention to support Bitcoin Cash (BCC). Zebpay, positioning itself as the largest Indian cryptocurrency exchange, warned its users that those willing to get BCC must delete their bitcoins from Zebpay wallets until 31 July 2017. Apart from that, from 31 July (10 a.m. local time) to 2 August (10 a.m. local time) the deposit creation and bitcoin withdrawal options will be temporarily disabled.
Unocoin claimed that it’s planning to support the chain that will get the vote majority and it’s not going to support any shorter or weaker chains if they ever emerge. To choose the most sustainable and secure network and to keep all customer funds, the company’s website will undergo maintenance from 30 July to 4 August 2017.
Coinsecure, the fastest 24/7 binominal trade platform in the country, stated that 24 hours before any fork might occur, they will temporarily disable the following: deposits, withdrawal, bitcoin buy and sell options. Also, the organization warned its users who wish to have access to their funds during the fork or plan to get BCC in the future that they must withdraw their funds to external wallet.
