Chilean higher court orders out in favour of crypto
The fourth chamber of the court of appeals has ruled out that state owned Banco Estado has to re-open previously closed account of bitcoin exchange called Orionx, after it was shut down illegally. This is a second major victory ofr the cryptoxechanges in Chile since april, when country’s anti-monopoly court ordered Banco Estado and Itau Corpbanca to re-open accounts of Buda, another cryptoexhange, that was closed during blanket banning of the accounts involved with the crypto industry.
American court against money laundering
American bitcoin trader that was using a P2P trading site LocalBitcoins, Theresa Lynn Tetley has been sentenced to 12 months and a day in prison with a three year supervision after release for laundering bitcoin and running unlicensed bitcoin-for-cash exchange. Tetley failed to register as a money service business and did not followed anti-money laundering practices.

Three russian universities are about to launch cryptoeducation courses
Three russian universities will have subjects related to crypto and digital economy during the new academic year that will begin in September. Voronezh State University (VSU), Don State Technical University (DSTU) and Novosibirsk State University (NSU) are now offering courses on digital acounting and management, digital economy and blockchain technology and crypto in general.
