Crypto.com Selected as Official Sponsor of the FIFA World Cup
The Crypto.com crypto exchange will become a sponsor of the World Cup, the final part of which will be held from November 21 to December 18, 2022 in Qatar. FIFA announced that the logo of the crypto exchange will appear in the stadiums that will host football matches, as well as outside them. Users of the service will have the opportunity to attend matches and win official merchandise.
Late last year, the Staples Center in Los Angeles was renamed the Crypto.com Arena. To do this, the crypto exchange entered into a 20-year agreement with AEG, which owns the stadium. In addition, the Crypto.com platform has signed a partnership agreement with the mixed martial arts promotion UFC. The Crypto.com logo will be placed on combat equipment, including athletes' clothing, as well as staff clothing.
According to co-founder and CEO of Crypto.com Kris MARSZALEK, the partnership with FIFA is part of Crypto.com's promotional strategy to make itself known to the world.
