Appendix No. 1 to Crypto News Privacy Policy

Consent to Processing of Personal Data of the Crypto News User

By using the website accessible at the unique domain name https://cryptonews.net (hereinafter — the “Website”) and/or the Crypto News mobile application (hereinafter — the “Application”), I, having registered on the Website and/or downloaded and installed the Application on my device, hereby give my explicit consent to the processing and, where applicable, distribution of my personal data by the Operator — a company registered under the laws of Dubai, ROCKETM FZCO, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the purposes outlined below.

I also consent to the processing of additional personal data that I may provide to the Operator during interactions, provided such data is necessary for fulfilling obligations under the Crypto News User Agreement or similar agreements.

The processing of my personal data is carried out for the following purposes:

Providing access to the features and functionality of the Website and Application.
Enhancing the performance and usability of the Website and Application.
Analyzing user behavior to improve services.
Sending marketing materials, subject to separate explicit consent.
Complying with the Operator’s legal and contractual obligations.

This consent remains valid until I withdraw it or until all obligations under the Crypto News User Agreement or similar agreements have been fulfilled. However, the duration of this consent shall not exceed five (5) years from the date of its provision, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

I understand that I have the following rights regarding the processing of my personal data:

The right to request information about the purposes, scope, and legal basis for the processing of my data.
The right to request corrections, updates, or deletion of my data.
The right to withdraw my consent at any time by submitting a request to support@cryptonews.net.
The right to file complaints regarding the processing of my data.

To withdraw consent, I must send a written request to support@cryptonews.net. Upon receipt of such a request, the Operator will cease processing my personal data within ten (10) business days, except where further processing is required by applicable law.

The processing and distribution of personal data may include its transfer to third parties, including the Operator’s partners, solely for the purposes stated above. Marketing use of my personal data will be conducted only with my separate and explicit consent. If I do not agree to these terms, I will cease using the Website and Application and notify the Operator.

This consent has been granted with full awareness of my rights and obligations and aligns with applicable data protection laws.
