Recently Chepicap reported on a debate that went down between BitMEX CEO Arthur Hayes and NYU Professor and outspoken cryptocurrency critic Nouriel Roubini. Now, Roubini has doubled down calling Hayes "the biggest asshole, jerk, manipulator and criminal in the world," and threatening to sue.
Ever since the debate Roubini has called out Hayes for refusing to release the unedited video and only releasing clips that show Roubini in a bad light.

Now Crypto Globe has reported that Roubini has further pressed the issue, and recently said in a tweet that he will be suing Hayes and/or BitMEX;

BitMEX has promised that more of the debate would be made public soon, though it is unclear why they have not published it already. In anticipation, they have released a trailer for the debate:
Unfortunately, this gives us very little of substance.The legal ground for Roubini to sue remains unclear, as does whether he will follow through with the threat.
