One unbashful and determined Twitter user has been begging youtube star “Mr. Beast” for one bitcoin (BTC) for almost an entire year. 15,000 tweets later he still hasn’t got what he asked for…

Going by the Twitter handle @PlsGiveBitcoin the dedicated beggar made it a mission to receive one BTC, and it doesn’t look like they're going to stop any time soon…

The would-be hodler has been sending the same tweet, at least 30 minutes apart:

Its 30 minutes past the hour time to beg mrbeastyt for a bitcoin pic.twitter.com/SHMMWpIX4Q

As of writing the address provided by the user has received 0.0019 BTC, just under $8 in USD.

So why Mr beast? Well for starters, the YouTuber has a long history of giving away money and other gifts to random people on his channel:

Mr beast himself is no stranger to this kind of repetition. The Youtuber once said Pewdiepie’s name 100,000 times without stopping in order to gain viewers for Pewdiepie (...and himself)

As of writing Mr. Beast hasn’t responded to the request for BTC, but that’s unlikely to dissuade the bitcoin beggar one bit…
