Akon has announced the launch of AkoinNFT, a complete service for the creation and distribution of NFTs

In fact, the Akoin team, responsible for the digital asset platform and the AKN cryptocurrency created by artist Akon, has partnered with Taqo.io to create a complete service for the creation, minting and distribution of artistic works using NFTs.

AkoinNFT will allow artists to capitalize on their works by creating and collecting NFTs in the areas of music, photography, film, television, theatre, sports, and the arts in general.

It aims to be a complete ecosystem to provide artists with all the tools they need to be able to offer unique NFTs to the market.

Akon stated:

“We believe in artists of all talents. We support artists for we are artists and there’s never been a better time to put the power back in our collective hands to create a greater connection with fans”.

The platform created by Akon to exchange NFTs

Taqo.io is a state-of-the-art NFT platform that operates in invisible mode, and provides a myriad of services to companies like AkoinNFT, related to facilitating the minting, distribution, launch strategy and execution of NFTs.

It is based on Web3 architecture, and leverages Lazy Minting techniques to reduce fees, using Layer 2 solutions to increase scalability and transactional throughput.

Taqo.io founder Kavon Soltani said:

“Joining forces with the AkoinNFT team to move this industry forward has been a lightning bolt experience and one we are all massively proud of. Together we will bring to market-leading technology and mindshare to maximize revenue, engagement, and social impact for all NFT content drops based on the artists’ brand, community, and platform”.

Each NFT series that will be launched on AkoinNFT will be able to leverage the ERC721 and ERC1155 standards, and can also be resold on other platforms such as Rarible and OpenSea.
