Are $LUNA NFTs the Next 100x Gem? - NFT

Terra NFTs are still in their infancy.

The floor price of the most popular $LUNA NFT collections by volume is only 35 LUNA and 7.39 LUNA. That converts to USD $2,314 and $488, respectively. Comparing that to the most popular ETH and SOL collections:

  • Bored Ape Yacht Club
    • 93 ETH
      • $232,022.47
  • CryptoPunks
    • 77 ETH
      • $192,123.06
  • Solana Monkey Business
    • 168.69 SOL
      • $16,740.82
  • Shadowy Super Coders DAO
    • 134.7SOL
      • $13,357.58

We can see that the ecosystem has a long way to go before LUNA blue-chip NFTs are in the same category as the big players.

@theJPEGLord on Twitter took a deep dive into the ecosystem. Let’s take a look at their findings, as well as some gems we can grab before they moon!

1. It's time for a mega thread on $LUNA NFTs 🧵…

I like being EARLY in the NFT game… thats where you can get some 100x gems

I spent the last 24 hours diving DEEP into this ecosystem and I absolutely loved it.

Where Can I Buy $Luna NFTs?

Currently, there are two marketplaces for $LUNA NFTs, both of which have mint launchers on site. The two options are:

  • RandomEarth.io
  • Knowhere.art

5. Marketplaces:

There are 2 main marketplaces for Terra/LUNA NFTs

1. @knowhere_art
2. @randomearth_io

One really cool feature that I have never seen on an NFT marketplace before was a chat log on the actual NFT. REALLY cool! (screenshot attached) pic.twitter.com/LZN7JQmu22

As JPEG Lord mentions in their thread, there are no data aggregation tools for $LUNA NFTs yet. This makes it difficult to gauge volume and trends over any period of time. Both marketplaces seem close in volume, with RandomEarth appearing to be slightly more popular.

Which $LUNA NFTs Should I Buy?

JPEG Lord also took a look at a few different collections offered and bought some for themselves. Collections they dipped into included:

  • Galactic Punks
  • Luna Bulls
  • WAGMIMonkeez
  • WAGMIKongz

These are three of the most established NFT collections on this blockchain. All four are solid buys with established communities and roadmaps. All great reasons to buy into a project. Galactic Punks is also the most popular collection on Terra by a good amount, so it is safe to assume they will be around for a while.

But in my opinion, all of these collections are too close to collections on other chains. There is nothing original in the artwork. Derivatives are an area I’m moving away from in my investing. I’m looking for something different for long-term holds.

Interesting $LUNA NFT Collections to Consider

A few projects to add to JPEG Lord’s list are:

  • Dirty Bear Country Club
  • Levana Protocol
  • Poppin Puffins
  • Styllar

While the ones JPEG Lord listed are solid buys, this above list has collections with fresh artwork and interesting utility. For example, Styllar has completely customizable avatars with an item fuser. This means that if you don’t have a cool-looking rare from the collection, you can burn and fuse NFTs to create a custom one.

Here we go!

Five new recipes have been added to the items fuser! 🔥

Look into these collections and invest if you’re a Terra/$LUNA fan! If you are a Terra trader, these collections give access to the best Terra trading minds available. And to add, you may be buying into the next 100x gem!
