On Sunday the Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao, stated at the talk “Future Metaverse” that, the metaverse will become mainstream in 5 to 10 years.
The talk event is part of the Vietnam Gaming Industry Forum event 2022, which is organized by VnExpress and AdTrue. The FPT president Mr. Truong Gia Binh also joined in the event.

Vietnam is one of the markets with the most potential for new technologies like blockchain and particularly in metaverse applications. The country now has a multitude of potential projects in addition to those that already exist and performing well.
In the future there will be more decentralized platforms for people to connect with each other as we doing today with social media, we can able to communicate with one other.
The Future of Metaverse
After spending two days in Vietnam and interacting with local blockchain experts, CZ stated that “In the near future, I believe there will be many projects going in the direction that can help form a potential and developed market.”
The founder of Binance said that many things will be added to the virtual world in the next 5 to 10 years or at least in the next 20 years.
The virtual universe will help us be able to interact more with each other, instead of just viewing photos on Facebook and clicking like now.
Binance Labs has formed an investment fund for blockchain and web3 firms with $500 million from Binance. Breyer Capital, Whampoa Group, and DST Global Partners were among the participants in the funding.
