San Francisco-based cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has quietly introduced free PayPal withdrawals for a number of fiat currencies including USD, EUR and GBP, AMBCrypto reports.
While there has been no official announcement from the exchange on their website or social media channels, they have sent emails to eligible users as, for now at least, the option is only available to users in the US, UK, EU. Users in Canada and Australia don’t have the free withdrawal option yet but do have the choice to trade their crypto for CAD and AUD.
In order to enable the option, users must first verify their identities. Once that’s completed, an email confirmation will be sent.
Coinbase Pro recently announced that has begun support for ZCash trading. Additionally, Coinbase launched over-the-counter trading last week in response to growing customer demand.
