According to the announcement, the hackathon consists of multiple rounds including the preliminary online hackathon and subsequent on-site hackathons in 4 cities; Shanghai, Seoul, San Francisco and Bengaluru.

The first round, which started on Friday, is a registration phase for teams who wish to participate in the second round, where teams will submit a new (or previously built) reaction-type or rule-based HTML-5 game for judging. Teams that make it through the second round will be pitted in the ‘Oasis Arena,’ the 48-hour on-site hackathons specifically focused on blockchain gaming.

The top three teams in round 3 will win 30,000, 20,000, and 10,000 yuan worth of prizes, respectively. The winners will also have the opportunity to discuss a possible investment from Binance Labs.

The submission deadline is September 2, and the teams that have made it to the third round will be announced on September 9.
