Binance will reactivate USD deposits via the SWIFT payment network from 2021-09-01 09:00 (UTC), while USD withdrawals will be activated at a later date.
Users will be able to deposit USD to their Binance accounts by following the steps in the below guide:

Note: Please note that the deposited USD will be credited into your Binance account as BUSD at a ratio of 1:1. The actual amount deposited will be net of fees (if any).
