Popular GameFi projects, DeFi Kingdoms, now has its own subnet on the Avalanche blockchain, a platform with near-instant transaction speeds, low fees with over 4,500 transactions a second.
DeFi Kingdom’s Crystalvale Now Live on Avalanche
DeFi Kingdoms (DFK), which originated on the Harmony One blockchain, has shifted to an Avalanche subnet. https://twitter.com/avalancheavax/status/1509604415044390918 Following the news, Synapse, a bridge protocol, has seen a surge in its volume. Prior to Mar. 31, Synapse had never seen volumes top $157 million. After DFK’s subnet launch, its volume more than doubled to a record $330 million and accounted for 82.5% of the total bridging volume on Synapse. DFK’s new version on Avalanche is called Crystalvale with its own native token, called CRYSTAL, which is going to power the Crystalvale realm. DFK already has its own JEWEL token which can be bridged over to the Avalanche subnet to be staked to earn CRYSTAL. Meanwhile, when paired with xJEWEL, a staked version of the token, it grants its holder access to fees and governance rights.
