DefiLlama launches LlamaAI to bring natural language analysis to onchain data

DefiLlama has launched LlamaAI, a natural language analytics tool that allows users to run detailed DeFi queries by simply typing questions in plain English. The tool generates ranked tables, custom charts, and structured insights, streamlining onchain research without the need for manual filtering or code.

LlamaAI accesses DefiLlama’s full dataset—including TVL, revenue, fees, volumes, open interest, and token-level data—along with specialized databases on hacks and fundraising. Users can apply filters by protocol, chain, or category and export results as CSV files.

Available to paid subscribers as part of the DefiLlama Pro plan, LlamaAI supports advanced analysis such as identifying stable revenue streams, tracking innovation ratios, or comparing growth across chains. It joins a suite of Pro features that includes dashboard builders, LlamaFeed, and expanded data tools.
