Popular decentralized blockchain project, Chainlink has partnered with Korean blockchain platform Klaytn.

According to a statement, the Chainlink network will be integrated into Klaytn’s ecosystem to enable Klaytn smart contracts to connect with resources outside the blockchain, thereby enabling the creations of applications that are connected with real-world data and systems.

Furthermore, the connection is to be utilized across different markets including decentralized finance, non-fungible tokens and many more.

Chainlink is also going to be providing Klaytn with a secure oracle framework that enables the building of blockchain applications which interoperate with traditional infrastructure.

Chainlink will also benefit from the partnership by accelerating it goals towards massive adoption within the real world. It is understood that Klaytn plan to role out blockchain solutions for its parent company Kaokao which is among the biggest internet giants in Asia.

This could be the break that Chainlink needs to break even in a crypto active Korean market where it has struggled to make headway in the last 12 months.

Speaking on the partnership Klaytn chief Sangmin Seo believes that it the collaboration will help the platform increase its capacity to develop advanced blockchain products.

‘’It would help to increase our capacity to develop more advanced products across a more diverse set of markets,”

Chainlink regarded as a top project in the crypto space

Chainlink is seen as one of the promising projects within the blockchain ecosystem. The decentralized blockchain network enables smart contracts to securely access off-chain data and traditional bank payments.

Its promises and merits have earned the network praises from top crypto influencer with Gemini exchange co-founder Tyler Winklevoss recently praising the technology.

Winklevoss, back in April, enthused on Twitter that the Chainlink community reminded him of the early days of Bitcoin and Ethereum.“I really appreciate the passion of the LINK Marines,” he said on his twitter handle.

Chainlink has attracted high profile with Google, Oracle and Swift among its member partners. Earlier in May, Newslogical reported that Chainlink secured a partnership with prestigious financial firm Transak to make fiat/crypto aggregator solution available to smart contracts.
