BlackRock CIO: Bitcoin is an interesting asset

Although the moderator first tried to direct the conversation and Rick to what he thinks of Elon Musk's statement, Rick began with the words "Bitcoin is an interesting asset".

Rick Rieder next added that while Bitcoin is a type of asset that has not yet reached maturity, it is already expected to be a part of the investment arena for years to come.

Finally, the CIO of BlackRock also commented on the challenges that Bitcoin has to deal with, such as volatility, regulation or even fiat currency concerns, but according to Rick, BTC will overcome them over time.

BlackRock is the world's largest asset manager, with $ 8.67 trillion in assets under management as of January 2021. With Net income of $ 4,932 billion, Total equity of $ 33,932 billion and with 16,500 employees on board.
