According to a tweet, a crypto enthusiast found a way to run the Satoshi Nakamoto released Bitcoin Core client on their Nintendo Switch.
In the tweet, captioned “Running Bitcoin”, you can see that he is running v0.18.0 of the cryptographic software. All of this is made possible by first hacking into the Nintendo Switch handheld gaming console, and running a Linux ubuntu installation. You can also see in the tweet that the user is showcasing various info regarding the BTC blockchain, such as the current number of blocks, and the last block time.

While computers serve a more practical use for running Bitcoin Core software, it is still interesting to see somebody demonstrating a proof of concept.
