My Care to Combat COVID-19 Risk
According to an announcement made today, VeChain-powered infection risk management solution, My Care will be used to mitigate the possibility of the spread of the COVID-19 virus at InterContinental Shanghai Hongqiao NECC – the only luxury hotel located within the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC).
For the uninitiated, the third edition of the China International Import Expo (CIIE) is expected to draw a large number of international and domestic enterprises and businessmen from all across China and across every industry.
Subsequently, it becomes important for the CIIE organizers to take care of all health precautionary measures at the event. My Care will be used for this very purpose.
Despite 2020 being dominated by the COVID-19 pandemic, a record number of domestic and international companies are slated to attend the CIIE in November. This highlights the significance of the need for hotels and accommodations to be properly secured against COVID-19 infection risk.

It’s worthy of note that InterContinental Shanghai Hongqiao NECC is the first hotel in the InterContinental Hotels Group to have its infection risk management measures verified by My Care. The verification will further cement the hotel chain as a trustworthy place to stay at for attendees to CIIE.
