Cardano decentralized finance (Defi) protocols have had the largest and most stunning inflow of assets into their vaults, staking instruments, and other mechanisms as of March 2022.

Cardano on the verge of exceeding Optimism

Among all top-tier Defi protocols, Cardano has the biggest rise in total value locked (TVL). Cardano (ADA) now has control of 0.2 percent of the global Defi ecosystem just six months after smart contracts were launched.

Cardano’s increased adoption of decentralized finance (Defi) protocols has been revealed by the popular community-driven account @cardano whale.

As a result, Cardano (ADA) is on the verge of exceeding Optimism, a popular L2 scaling solution for Ethereum (ETH) based on optimistic rollups.

Achieved sub-minute swap finality

According to Defi Llama, there are currently five Cardano-based protocols in use, as well as a MuesliSwap multi-chain application and the developing Bitcoin Cash-based platform SmartBCH.

Minswap (MIN) and Sundaeswap (SUNDAE), two decentralized crypto exchanges, own almost 99 percent of Cardano’s TVL. ADAX Pro (ADAX) and Muesliswap (MUESLI) are also on the list.

As previously reported by U.Today, Cardano’s community is happy with the Sundaeswap (SUNDAE) DEX’s performance: it achieved sub-minute swap finality.
