ZCash is listed on Coinbase, but ZEC price doesn't seem to be affected by the announcement.

Coinbase just announced a new listing on their platform, this time the odd is on Zcash’s favor.

Like the previous addition, Basic Attention Token (BAT), the exchange holds their Earn program along to boost the interest to the new listing.

“Earn $3 worth of Zcash with a new Coinbase Earn opportunity today,” they tweeted.

If you received an emailed invite, you can start the lessons and earn up to $3 worth of ZEC. If you didn't get an invite, the educational videos are available to everyone, and you can join the waitlist to be notified when Earn ZEC opps become available. https://t.co/pwlIAgA792

The earn amount is way smaller to the BAT’s one, which may or may not be the cause of the negative responses from their followers.

“$3 of zcash? I don’t see a why you can’t change your name to Clownbase,” a follower commented, while another chose to take the positive side, “I don't get the negativity. You're literally being paid to learn. I did a BAT one last week for $10. Keep these coming, they're ace.”

Many others can be seen of bringing the “XRP issue” back by saying, “$3 for even 10 mins of time, will bw too less. But sir, when r u listing #XRP ? I am asking so many times, but no response. at least take some action” or “I'll use that $3 to buy #xrp.”

Surprisingly, ZCash price doesn’t seem to be affected by the listing, which is different to BAT that saw a significant 20% pump following the listing announcement.

As of writing time, ZEC hovers at $51.54 after seeing 0.22% loss in the last 24 hours.
