40% of Institutional Crypto Investors Have Intentions to Purchase a Lot More: Nickel Digital Asset Management Survey

As revealed in a survey by Nickel Digital Asset Management, over 80% of the institutional investors have polled that they have already invested in digital assets and are expecting to increase their exposure. The survey says that the wealth management giants, institutional investors, and hedge fund executives are already holding a decent amount of crypto assets in their portfolios and will be increasing the investment amount in their portfolios.

Nickel Digital Asset Management Survey Tells Crypto Investors Intend to Invest More in Cryptocurrencies

Nickel Digital Asset Management crypto fund based in London conducted the survey and revealed that around 82% of the total investors are portfolio managers are expecting to increase their exposure to digital assets between this year and 2023.

Beginning in the month of May and June, the research surveyed 50 wealth managers and 50 institutional investors that already have exposure to the crypto assets in the United States, United Kingdom, France UAE, and Germany.

40% of the investors, when asked about their future intentions regarding crypto investments, revealed that they are going to dramatically raise the amount in crypto and just 7% said that they will be reducing their exposure with only 1% of surveyed people saying that they will be selling their holdings.

Anatoly Crachilov Comments on the Situation

The CEO and Co-Founder of Nickel Digital, Anatoly Crachilov, shared a comment revealing that the confidence in the crypto asset class has witnessed a surge, and he expects that the trend of investments will continue to rise and said:

“Our analysis at the start of June this year revealed that 19 listed companies with a market cap of over $1 trillion had around $6.5 billion invested in Bitcoin, having originally spent $4.3 billion buying the cryptocurrency.”

Moreover, it should be noted that the survey which was conducted back in the month of May by AJ Bell’s, an investment firm based in the United Kingdom, revealed that more people purchased crypto assets than investing in stocks.
