Biscuit, a respected game development studio behind Knight Story (previously EOS Knights) has migrated from EOS to TRON (TRX).

TRON Foundation announced that it is partnering with Biscuit to innovate and distribute next generation of blockchain games.

The development is centered on boosting the adoption of cryptocurrency and accelerating the building of great dApps in the TRON ecosystem. TRON Foundation says it is joining the blockchain studio as a strategic investor.

Biscuit is popular for designing chart-topping hit, Knight Story, TRON Foundation said.

Biscuit will no longer be on the EOS blockchain network from now on, and will now be running on the TRON Mainnet.

TRON Foundation believes that Knight Story is going to break all of its all-time records after joining TRON blockchain.

Previously, Knight Story was atop across all public chains going by its Daily Active Users (DAU) and transaction volume since 2018 to this moment. For now, Knight Story is on the 7th dApp in terms of users on DappRadar.

“According to Dapp.review Knight Story had over 6,000 daily players and brought in almost $20,000 in daily revenue at its peak,” TRON Foundation has said.

With the announcement, Biscuit will launch an upgraded version of Knight Story on the TRON blockchain in December 2019.

The Knight Story is to be made available on iOS and Android devices, with form, structure, and appearance that is powered by TRX and TRC-based tokens (including NFTs).

Biscuit is dumping EOS for TRON purposely to enjoin the benefits on the blockchain platform.

Speaking on the development, Jay Lee, CEO of Biscuit says, the blockchain game studio is excited to be joining TRON blockchain and hoping the partnership will bring Biscuit’s mission to fruition and give the firm the opportunity to innovate more games with the help of blockhain technology.

TRON says it is investing through the TRON Arcade fund and also supporitng the project as the game’s publisher.

The TRON Foundation reveals it plans to promote Knight Story through tis network of big firms like the BitTorrent and Opera.

The foundation promised to distribute the Knight Story to hundreds of millions of players across the globe to make it “the most ambitious DApp” launched in history.

To TRON and BitTorrent CEO, Justin Sun, Knight Story has no mate as far as the world of decentralized game is concerned.

“Biscuit’s successful rollout of blockchain gaming for mainstream audiences marks a turning point for the space,” Sun said.

Since launch, EOS Knights accounts for over 66 million transactions and is among the most respected dApps on the EOS blockchain.

Head of Business Says Huge News Await TRON and Blockchain Industry This Week

The market condition is quite rosy for TRON (TRX) cryptocurrency today after a significant drift ahead of Cardano. Nevertheless, the Head of Business and Corporate development at TRON, Roy Liu, has more tales to tell the community about TRON trip to the pinnacle.

Joined TRON Foundation in July 2018, the Chinese born TRON official last week said a great news awaits TRON this week.

Liu said it will happen early this week, and it won’t be a blessing to the TRON ecosystem alone but the entire blockchain industry at large.

Liu hinted that the announcement would be targeted at adoption, adding that it would be “one big step to make blockchain available to everyone.”

At the TRON foundation, being the head of business, Roy is saddled with the responsibility of overseeing global strategic partnership and marketing for the blockchain network. Hence, in line with the adoption hint dropped by the official, one can foretell that the news would likely be around partnership.

Before joining TRON Foundation, Roy Liu bagged myriads of experiences, starting his career at PopCap Game back in 2006. Roy was the Vice President of Global Business and President of Linekong US from 2015 to 2018. He was also the head of Greater China from 2012 to 2014.

Meanwhile, it is not clear if the partnership update by the TRON Foundation is exactly what Roy was talking about last week.
