While the cryptocurrency market continues struggling to make a break out of the bearish zone, the CEO and founder of TRON blockchain network has said the bull is underway for his cryptocurrency.
After a weakling weekend that dropped the price of Bitcoin below $9,000 for the first time since May, the cryptocurrency market seems to be tracing a reversal track as Bitcoin regained power, surging to $9,200 yesterday (July 6). However, the leading cryptocurrency failed on the upside trend in an attempt to break above the $9,300 level.
While TRON Foundation slated today to the much-awaited TRON 4.0 upgrade, a big development expected to change the face of TRON in the blockchain industry, the millennial CEO, Justin Sun, had expressed confidence that TRON price will soon explode in the market.
Ranked the 16th largest cryptocurrency by market cap, TRX, according to Sun, will soon ride the bull, hence a significant surge in its market value.
In the statement, Justin Sun said: “TRON bull is coming TRX.”
However, the statement erupted mixed reaction from his followers on Twitter. A number of persons hailed the entrepreneur for his indefatigable efforts in developing TRON and the crypto space at large. Others lampooned the CEO of BitTorrent, showing their disbelieve in the assertion.
TRON Adopts New Domain Name
The optimism displayed by Justin Sun for the price of TRX in the near future was preceded by an announcement that TRON has adopted a new domain name.
Although TRON isn’t going to drop its previous (original) domain ‘tron.network’ the blockchain network has adopted a new ‘top-tier single-letter domain’ name christened ‘t.network,’ a release has said.
TRON said the two domains name share similar information; hence they are the same. TRON said it made the decision of adopting the new domain because single-letter prefix domains are the most compact and impressive domain names that people find easy to visit and share.
TRON said the single-letter domain name is rare and valuable, easy to remember and quick to type out. This, TRON Foundation said will help it extend its brand influence and draw more visitors to the TRON page.
The blockchain foundation asserted that the new single-letter domain name is of great importance to the TRON network as it enters the 4.0 Great Voyage phase.
Justin Sun remarked on the new domain name saying the simple name contains collectible value and may help TRON ‘deliver more premium investments.’ He explained that in conjunction with the release of the TRON 4.0 era, the top-tier single-letter domain name is such a great development to TRON.
The Chinese decent entrepreneur said the new domain will contribute and reinforce the benefits users get from the four major features that comes along with TRON 4.0.
