The Sole Need for Delegators is a TRON account: Justin Sun

Delegators can delegate staking tokens to validators in return for a portion of their earnings. Delegators are just needed to have a TRON account. Quoted by Justin Sun.

To participate in the verification, a delegator does not need to host a complete node. They can provide BTT tokens to a super delegate in return for a share of the award. The delegate also shares the risk with the super delegate since they share the reward. Delegates are important players in the system since they get to pick the Validator.

Delegators are token holders who are unable or unwilling to run a validator. They can delegate staking tokens to a validator in return for a portion of their earnings. There are no requirements to become a BitTorrent-Chain principle; all that is necessary is a TRON account.

Any participant can qualify as a BitTorrent-Chain Validator by operating a full node for rewards and transaction fees, and any participant can qualify as a BitTorrent-Chain Validator by running a full node for prizes and transaction fees. Super-representatives will be chosen, and they will act as block producers and validators.

BitTorrent-Chain is a platform for blockchain applications. To become a validator by putting up a BitTorrent-Chain node, or a delegate by entrusting tokens to a validator and receiving incentives.
