Electroneum Partners 3 Million Users Cambodia’s Longest-Serving Telecoms Firm

Electroneum has just announced that is collaborating with one of the largest mobile network operators in Asia, Cellcard, to ensure users in the Asian region easily top up their mobile phones with ETN digital asset.

As announced today, January 31, Electroneum is now working with the longest-serving telecommunication company in Cambodia, Cellcard. Electroneum said it partnered with Cellcard to allow users of ETN token top up their “mobile phone through the ETN App, using ETN Rewards.”
With Cellcard, users can top up their mobile phone airtime and data with ETN crypto.

Cellcard, in a video released, said getting started with Electroneum will let customers who are users of the cryptocurrency get ETN rewards easily.

All users need to do is to get the Electroneum app, enter necessary KYC information and begin to earn rewards. The application permit conversion of ETN rewards into a top-up for mobile phone.

Before now, Electroneum has partnered with a number of top telecom companies around the world to let people top-up their mobile phones with ETN at ease. The British crypto project has already been to Nigeria, Brazil, Uganda, Tanzania and so many other countries to establish a state-of-art mobile top-up service.

Electroneum continues to move around the world to ensure that the unbanked population in developing countries has direct access to finance. Electroneum has said it is dedicated to expanding its top-up services to place around the globe, especially to the world’s most cashless countries.

Similarly, the blockchain firm is also assisting impoverished persons by allying with non-governmental organizations.

Electroneum Releases New Blockchain Update

In a bid to enhance the efficiency of its network, Electroneum blockchain technology has just launched a new blockchain update for integration of Ledger Nano crypto wallet. The update would also help Electroneum maintain its position as a leading project in the ecosystem by enhancing its efficiency and functionality at crypto exchanges.

“Electroneum has implemented this blockchain revamp, pulling in various bug fixes, security patches, and the basic code required for the Ledger integration,” Chris Harrison, the head of Blockchain at Electroneum has said.
