Cardano’s AdaPay, a payment solution allowing merchants to accept payments in ADA with an almost-instant settlement into 35 fiat currencies directly into their bank accounts, has finally launched.
The payment processing solution is an initiative of Cardano and COTI launched to ease ADA payment among merchants.
A statement by Cardano’s Senior PR, Communications and Marketing Manager, Ye Ji Kim, infers that merchants wanting to accept ada Payment can do so simply by joining COTIpay platform 20.
The statement furthered that merchants can feel the strength of AdaPay, by checking a demo COTI store 23 where they can see how payments are being made with ADA using AdaPay.
Late October, Cardano Foundation and COTI announced the payment processing solution for merchants and have since been working on the initiative.
COTI, an enterprise-grade Fintech platform, and Cardano Foundation jointly stated that the idea would be launched in November.
The payment gateway solution offers merchants the opportunity to accept ada payments in a secure and almost instant settlement in 35 fiat currencies directly into their bank accounts.
During the October announcement, it was indicated that COTI was developing and implementing the service to make the ada payment deployable in an easy and simple manner for merchants across the world.
Merchants can integrate the payment solution on their website or using a QR-based point of sale (PoS) system.
Their simplicity gives merchants the avenue to accept payment and manage all their transactions in real-time.
