  • Twitter gushes over Cosmos (ATOM).
  • The CEO and founder of Eight, expects ATOM to hit $100.
  • His tweet about the matter garnered much attention.

Crypto traders and holders are all at the edge of their seats in this robust booming time of new ATHs. Recently, a handful of cryptos set new records and many are still showing incredibly bullish signs.

For instance, Bitcoin alone is expected to hit $100,000 by the end of this year. Many analysts are more than certain on this matter. If the past is any indication, many altcoins will surge along with Bitcoin as well.

One such token is the Cosmos Network’s native token — ATOM. At least it is, according to Eight’s founder — Michael Van De Poppe. The seasoned full-time trader tweets about the future of ATOM’s price.

#Cosmos to $100.

From this tweet, we can see that Eight’s founder is hoping to see Cosmos (ATOM) reach $100. This is a big leap considering the crypto is trading at $35.16 right now. Hence, the most recurring reply to this tweet was one resounding question — ‘When?’.

Other replies included those hoping other altcoins like $AVAX to hit $100. Some replied saying ATOM will hit $100 very soon. On the contrary, others said at least by the end of this year.

To highlight, some replies came with price charts. One, in particular, warns traders to be careful as a possible divergence may appear ahead. Meanwhile, another reply with a price chart says that ATOM is very bullish.

At the time of writing, ATOM is currently ranking at the 19th spot according to CoinGecko. This is of course, in terms of its market capitalization which is presently at $9,814,782,181.

One of the most interesting features that Cosmos provides is interoperability. Therefore, it is very likely that the price and popularity of ATOM could go up in the future. We will simply have to pull up our socks and stay tuned.
