Sentinel Protocol, a crowd-sourced threat intelligence platform utilizing the advantages of decentralization to protect cyberspace with blockchain security, has announced the release of the Interactive Cooperation Framework API (ICF API) 2.0.
A recent IDC report shows spending on blockchain solutions in Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) to hit USD$2.4 billion by 2022. ICF API 2.0 reflects the increasing demands of various organizations for a security solution.
The enhanced framework is now able to provide essential industry standards for cybersecurity firms. Most importantly, it allows granular input parameters to enable filtering of search queries. The added filters (up to 10 fields) for the query process widens the scope of searching blacklisted address, crypto addresses, threat categories, threat subtypes, threat IDs, etc.
The ICF API 2.0 uses STIX*, a standardization format that is widely recognized internationally. With this recognized framework, cybersecurity companies, governments, and other businesses will not need to run further checks on security regulations.
Additionally, the new ICF API provides exchanges and organizations with the flexibility of customizing their use accordingly with both versions of the ICF API.
