According to the announcement, the added support for BNB gives Loom Network dapps the option to expand beyond Ethereum (ETH) and card payments for transactions.

“We’re excited to be pushing things forward not only technologically (by integrating ERC20-based payments on a sidechain), but also by injecting a bit more fun and lightheartedness into the space,” James Duffy, the co-founder and CMO of Loom Network, told us in an email.

To celebrate the addition of BNB, Loom Network is running a promotion for Zombie Battleground where players earn free BNB tokens in every pack, with a guaranteed minimum of $10,000 in prizes. There are also exclusive cards available through the promotion, including one of Binance CEO Changpeng “CZ” Zhao.

The Loom Network team describes Zombie Battleground as a “strategic, adrenaline-pumping, loot-filled trading card game that runs 100% on the blockchain.”
