David Marcus

American entrepreneur. He is the former president of PayPal and is the current Vice President of Messaging Products at Facebook where he heads the Facebook Messenger unit. In December 2017, Marcus was appointed to the Coinbase Board of Directors. He is currently the head of Libra, a cryptocurrency project initiated by Facebook.
