Adam Back Calls The Popular And Expensive EtherRock A "Low-Res GIF" Without Any Merit

Blockstream co-founder and CEO Adam BACK recently criticized the shitcoiners, claiming that they are terrible at creating memes, and the reason for this is unclear. The bitcoin proponent also stated that the popular and expensive ETHRocks, which have sold for $2.1 bln, are nothing more than "a low-resolution GIF" that has no merit.

Udi WERTHEIMER responded to Blockstream CEO that his claim that shitcoiners create the worst memes is no longer true thanks to the success of memcoins like Dogecoin, Shiba Inu, and memes that sold for millions of dollars as NFTs.

ETHRock is a collection of 100 digital rocks tokenized on the Ethereum blockchain that started gaining traction earlier this year. An NFT consists of still images of a "rock" that are identical in design and shape, but have different color tones. At the time of this writing, these rocks are sold for at least 500 ETH ($2 mln). Despite the price of the rocks, Adam Back said he would reject them even if he was paid to take them.
