Omise Partners Thailand’s Number One E-Wallet Provider

Omise, one of Asia’s largest payment channel, has recently announced its partnership with TrueMoney, Thailand’s number one e-wallet.

This announcement was made via the company’s official website reflects that the collaboration will enable the support of payments for e-commerce businesses via TrueMoney Wallet.

The service is scheduled to fully commence on 21st October 2019. Obviously, the adoption of digital wallets is fast-growing, this called for the need to extend digital payment to e-commerce businesses’ payment option.

The partnership between Omise and TrueMoney is an open door for e-commerce businesses in the country. 8.4 million People in Thailand leverage on TrueMoney Wallet service. This is not an achievement for cryptocurrency and its teeming believers.

According to the report, the integration of TrueMoney into e-commerce platforms will be perfectly and swiftly initiated by Omise’s developer-focused technology.

OmiseGo’s Integration Team Update

OmiseGo Ingrates with Crypto Coalition Universal Protocol Alliance

Before the above news, OmiseGo joined the cryptocurrency and blockchain coalition, Universal Protocol Alliance a few days ago, Cointelegraph reported.

This was reportedly communicated via a press release on 8th October 2019. OmiseGo related that it intends to add the Universal Protocol Platform UPT utility token to the payment processing technology.

This move will enable OmiseGo in allowing stakeholders to use UP stablecoins for tax and fees collection, coupled with financial services.

According to Universal Protocol Alliance Co-founder, Dan Schatt, OmiseGo’s technology would enhance the mainstream adoption of blockchain technology, with the aid of UPUSD and the likes of UP stablecoins for consumers, merchants, and local governments.
