The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has charged reality TV star Kim Kardashian with unlawfully touting EthereumMax without disclosing the payment she received, according to an SEC press release.

The celebrity has agreed to settle the charges, paying $1.26 million in penalties, disgorgement, and interest.
