Anthony Di Iorio, the Co-Founder of Ethereum recently expressed his discontent with Elon Musk in an interview conducted with BNN Bloomberg. Anthony said that he believes individual influentials such as Elon Musk should focus more on spreading awareness and educating the masses on crypto assets rather than making a joke out of it.
Ethereum Co-Founder Anthony Di Iorio Shows Vexation With Elon Musk
In accordance with the revelations from the interview with BNN Bloomberg, it has been claimed by the Co-founder of Ethereum, Anthony Di Iorio, Musk has the potential to bring a huge amount of change.
However, he did mention that instead of joking about cryptocurrencies and making fun of the community, he should focus more on educating people about the technology behind cryptocurrencies and their potential. He said:
“I’m just really wishing that their energy is going to be focused around educating people, and not having fun with something that’s so important.”
We all are familiar that Elon Musk has invested some of his money in Ethereum and earlier, he promoted the meme coin, Dogecoin, and assisted in pushing its market capitalization to a huge $90 billion in the month of May.
Though the price of Dogecoin is over 72% low than the high that it touched on May 8.
Regulators Vs The Cryptocurrency Movement
It should be noted that regulators and governing bodies all around the world are imposing bans and restrictions on the usage and trade of cryptocurrency.
Anthony di Iorio, on the other side, is still optimistic about the crypto movement and has shown confidence in the movement while stating:
“This is a movement that’s not going to stop.”
In contrary to this, it should be noted that Anthony is the same person that made an announcement recently that he is going to quit the crypto industry due to safety worries and said:
“I don’t feel necessarily safe in this space. If I was focused on larger problems, I think I’d be safer.”
