A Malaysian company called HapiFam, which sells food and baby supplies, has developed a novel approach to engaging clients and rewarding them for their loyalty using QR codes and blockchain technology. HapiFam collaborated with Enjin Beam to create a loyalty program based on QR codes that enable users to earn rewards by scanning QR codes on HapiFam merchandise. These incentives take the form of digital collectibles, which users may safely store in their digital wallets and exchange or sell on a decentralized market.

HapiFam Incentivizes Its Clients

Using Enjin Beam, scratch cards are getting packed with HapiFam's products, especially HapiHeros Natural Baby Cereal. A unique non-fungible token (NFT) is "beamed" into the customer's digital wallet when a QR code on each scratch card gets scanned. It is not just any NFT. It's a "HapiHero," one of four characters created using inspiration from the elements of air (Bolt), earth (Rocky), water (Hydro), and fire (Feugo). Each character is limited; customers can collect them all. The great blockchain technology application integrates the physical and digital worlds creatively and engagingly.

HapiHeros NFT First Generation

CEO of AstraBaby, HapiFam's parent company, Tze-Co Gwei, said that the company is releasing 4,000 HapiNFTs for this promotion. The NFTs delivered into the wallet are rather valuable because they can get used to accessing exclusive material and incentives on the HapiFam website. Even a secondary sale of the NFTs is possible on the Enjin Jumpnet market. For AstraBaby, the introduction of the HapiHeros NFT First Generation is just the beginning. The business plans to collaborate with Enjin and introduce additional blockchain-based goods and services within the coming year, including the HapiVerse rewards platform, a decentralized autonomous organization (HapiDAO), and more.
