Binance VIP & Institutional is launching the new VIP Holder Program to help users unlock more value from their digital assets and BNB holdings.
Activity Period: 2022-07-21 12:00 (UTC) to 2022-09-20 23:59 (UTC)
Users who meet the cumulative asset holding requirements specified in the table below can apply to join the program. Successful applicants may obtain up to VIP 4 status and enjoy exclusive VIP privileges such as reduced trading fees, BNB fee discounts, and higher withdrawal limits for 60 days.

Notes:

Cumulative Asset Holding = Spot Wallet assets + Funding Wallet assets + Margin Wallet assets + Futures Wallet assets + Earn Wallet assets.
- The BUSD equivalent of assets in these Wallets will be used to calculate the cumulative asset holding.
- A daily snapshot of the cumulative asset holding will be taken at 23:59:59 (UTC) using the real-time BUSD exchange rate.
- All BNB holdings will be given a higher 1.25 times weightage when calculating the cumulative asset holding.
- Upon successful entry into the program, the user’s VIP level will be adjusted automatically based on their cumulative asset holding as of the previous day at 23:59:59 (UTC).
Terms and Conditions：
- All users must complete KYC to be eligible for this program.
- Effective from 2022-07-21 12:00 (UTC), the new VIP Holder Program will replace the previous VIP Holders Program.
- Please visit VIP Fee Structure or User Center to confirm your current VIP level.
- Should your cumulative asset holding fall below the minimum threshold of 500,000 BUSD-equivalent, it may result in the removal of your account from the program.
- Accounts that have been removed from the program within the 60-day validity period will NOT be eligible for re-application.
- All asset holding amounts, trading volumes, and metrics related to the program are measured by Binance at its sole and absolute discretion.
- Binance reserves the rights to the review and final approval of applications to the program and tier adjustments, in line with internal requirements.
