The solution, already deployed in France, is designed to accept Shiba Inu, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and over 50 digital assets on Ingenico’s AXIUM payment terminals according to an official announcement from Ingenico today. The development comes barely four months after Binance Pay added support for Shiba Inu.

Binance Pay system will enable direct SHIB and other crypto payments at physical points of sale, facilitating a streamlined customer experience.

Ingenico reports that enabling cryptocurrency payments can boost customers’ loyalty by catering to their preferences, as 93% of cryptocurrency holders expressed their willingness to use digital currencies for purchases if the option was available.
