Last week, Venus Protocol announced its integration with Brave Wallet. The BNB Chain ecosystem is also about to commence the fifth phase of the MVB accelerator program. Let’s examine more of these new updates on the BNB Chain.
1 – Venus Protocol Partners Brave Wallet
During the week, Venus Protocol started to support the Brave Wallet. This development is also a significant achievement in Venus Protocol’s plan of making decentralized finance available to everyone.
Besides, it’s important to note that Brave Wallet is a security-oriented wallet. The wallet is built into the Brave browser, which reduces the level of vulnerability.

2 – Top Gaining Projects on the BNB Chain Ecosystem
Secondly, the crypto data system, Coingecko released information about the top gainers in the BNB Chain ecosystem. Notably, this refers to the price performance of these projects.
The report also covers a 24-hour timeframe on June 18th.
- POODL ($POODL), a BEP-20 deflationary, self-LP generating token has the most gain. It also amassed a 36.2% rate of increase in price-performance within the specified timeframe.
- Marvin Inu ($MARVIN), a profitable platform with P2E gaming, NFTs, and virtual reality features has the second-most gain. It has a 32.8% rate of increase in price performance.
- Synapse Protocol ($SYN), a cross-chain liquidity network has the third-most gain. It enjoyed a 25.8% rate of increase in price performance.
- Metagalaxy Land ($MEGALAND), a metaverse game on BNB Chain has the fourth-most gain. It recorded a 14.2% rate of increase in price performance.
- Modefi ($MOD), a system consisting of aggregated Oracle, marketplace, and on-demand data is fifth. It has a 9.8% rate of increase in price performance.

3 – BNB Chain Plan 5th Phase of MVB Accelerator Program
Thirdly, BNB Chain’s Most Valuable Builder (MVB) Accelerator Program fifth phase, Unchartered Territory is now open for applications. Besides, the incubation program assists developers who are working on top-notch web3 decentralized applications with a defined vision and plan.

The deadline for applications is on the 8th of July, while the program will commence on the 11th of July.
4 – BNB Chain Yield Farming Projects
Finally, a report from crypto research and trading platform, HC Capital shows the top yield farming projects in the BNB Chain ecosystem. It is also important to note that yield farming is the process of leveraging DeFi (decentralized finance) to get the maximum possible returns. The report states as follows:
- Alpaca Finance ($ALPACA) is first on the list with $407 million in value.
- CoinWind ($COW) is second on the list with $175 million in value.
- Tranchess ($CHESS) is third on the list with $93 million in value.
- BTCST ($BTCST) is in fourth place with $35 million in value.
