Redecoin, a company offering fintech services and whose parent company is SFC Brazil Group, made the integration enabling Bitcoin as a payment option possible.

SCF Brazil Group CEO Armin Altweger revealed it aims to make the use of cryptocurrencies popular in the day-to-day lives of Brazilians, and this collaboration will take the firm in the direction of its goal.

Freire reveals that its decision to make an investment in this innovation is to bring its partners and customers an even more complete experience and also due to the fact that this form of payment will be more frequent in the near future.

Although, as of now, only mobile applications support this integration, Wine plans to launch the feature on mobile sites and desktops along with Wine Services.

Further, Freire explained that they are going to adopt the new payment method and enhance their systems. The team also plans to work together with internal customer service that would assist them in getting feedback.

Brazil acquired the 14th spot among the 154 countries that have embraced Cryptoasssts, according to a report from Chainalysis.
