According to Whale Alert, at least 46,360,701 USDT belonging to embattled crypto exchange FTX were frozen today at 14:11 UTC.
Few details are known about the reasons behind the freeze. However, shortly after news began to circulate, it was reported that an unnamed Tether executive had leaked that the funds might have been frozen at the request of law enforcement.
